Is it true that the entire trans are getting swapped out? I'm I slow because I thought it was just a reprogram or re flash w/ them?

Hey Guys - So what's the real answer on this? My Raptor was built 10/11/17 and only shipped from Dearborn in the last few days. I called Ford Performance 5 or 6 times and they insisted that it was only a software update that had to first be written, then tested and applied to the trucks. They said that it applied to all F150's with the new 10 speed transmission and that the trucks just got blocked deep into the lot. I get it that Ford wants to put a good public face on the problem... This also makes sense as there was almost no availability of 2017 trucks with the ecoboost V6 and the 10 speed combo. Did all of us early buyers get new engines and trannys or just a software update?
Follow up on the above... Ford Performance claims that it was TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for a software update related to the Transmission shift points. They said there was no swap on the engine or transmission. Hope that's true, but what a CF on the updates and delays..
I agree 144Pilot, but they should be able to send us our trucks. My dealer put me in a loaner as mine still has not left the plant. I wish there was a easy way of tracking the delivery.
