Got the truck, it's awesome. Not happy with the lock button on the front door handles being black plastic instead of painted. Going to be a chore waxing this animal with all of the other black plastic as well. Driving in normal mode it does shift really early for fuel economy I'm sure. Put it in sport and it holds the gear until about 2k rpm. The start stop you can definitely notice, but it starts so quickly that I think I'll leave it there. The sound was my biggest worry, but driving it it sound awesome. Whether that's fake sounds or not I don't care. The exhaust tips are massive. Avalanche Gray rocks, wife says it'll take some getting used to. Running Boards are great, way better then my FX4s.

still waiting for mine. Built 10/27. Sitting in dearborn lot awaiting transport. When I asked why my truck is still sitting in a parking lot and trucks built in December have been delivered already, Ford performance told me today... and I quote
"Sometimes the last ones out are the first ones in". Seriously???!!!????!!

 

Yeah, that's some BS. I'm sorry but that's some lousy customer service. And they just don't care.

 

Same for me JD... My build date was back on 10/11/17 My last call to Ford Performance was about the same - "Last status update was 12/27/16 - still sitting in the back of the lot in Dearborn awaiting shipment" He told me that the very early builds are blocked in the back of the lot by all of the other non-Raptor production. He did say that he is starting to see some movement on the earlier builds now... Some hope but man this is getting ridiculous! My dealer in Phoenix has had three other Raptors come in and be delivered all with earlier build dates!

 

My 10-31 update from FP today

Origin received and loading rail now. They said it could take a week to load the entire train before they start transport

Remember the days when we all we hoping to get before thanksgiving

 

Well a little progress today... My Raptor was loaded on the train last week and passed through Gibson Indiana this morning. They also provided an ETA between 1/17 and 1/21 at the dealer here in Phoenix. At this point I'm just happy that it's moving!

 

Yep, Im trying not to be so negative, It's really hard to keep it in check. My wife Is tired of hearing me talk about this, she started doing her own seraches for Rappys for sale in surrounding states to help shut me up........LOL

 

Still waiting on mine to leave Dearborn. My dealer texted me today and said it would ship by the 17th. FML....if it would just ship already!

 

Well. I called today and mine was in Kansas as of last week. The damn train broke down! So my ETA which was last week, this week, is now TBD! Kansas?! I can low crawl there and back in one day.

Oh Lawd, forgive em for he does not know any better!

 

My build is also on Ramp 59, 10/27 build, Released from Dearborn on 12/29. I just hope I get My all ready built 2017 Raptor before people start getting there 2018 Raptors!!!!!!!!
